Premonition – A Divulge of ‘Fascist Christianity’
The Rise of Neo-Crusaders
Kato Mivule
October 24, 2008

Some folks have asked if I have had any dreams, visions, or words of prophecy concerning the USA and her future lately. I will tell you plainly that I have not had any, however, I have had very strong premonition as to the disastrous direction in which ‘Political Evangelical Christianity’ is headed in the USA.
That direction is none other than ‘Fascist Christianity’ in which some ‘Christians’ use unbiblical Christianity as means to decimate all who are seen as enemies of the Judeo-Christian God and thus enemies of the USA. This includes, Moslems, Arabs, uncooperative Jews, Homosexuals, Abortionists, and all Liberals not forgetting the ACLU and Barrack Obama…

Now, this might sound light and or even comical but it is not, it is serious and unless Evangelical Christians in America realize and discern the insanity being preached on her pulpits in the name of “Take America Back”, “One Nation Under God”, “Christian President” and many other ‘Political Christianity’ narratives and clichés, Evangelical America is headed towards days of gloom and darkness with lots of blood that might be placed at her feet!

They say History keeps repeating and those who do not learn from it will keep repeating the same mistakes. It is not the first time that Christianity has been hijacked and used by individuals for political and militaristic purposes.

Those who would take what I am saying as being insignificant should ask themselves why Christians participated in the Crusade wars in the Dark ages and went on a killing spree across Europe all the way to the Middle East to eradicate Islamic expansion and “Take Back Jerusalem” from the ‘infidels. Is it not interesting that today we have Christians who are driven with similar zeal to drive out the Moslems and Liberals from the USA and “Take Back the USA”…?

Interestingly when the Crusaders arrived in Jerusalem, they turned against the Jews whom they claimed they had come to rescue from Moslem Expansionists. The Crusaders slaughtered the Jews claiming that they were responsible for the death of Jesus Christ. The threat then was Muslim expansion and the threat is the same today according to the beholding eyes of America’s Political Evangelical Christianity…

One would wonder why Christians participated in the burning of witches and the Great Inquisition in the dark ages… What led to Christians turning against other Christians who did not agree with them? How in the world could a Christian who is supposed to preach the Love of Jesus Christ turn to acts of Hate and Murder?

In the 20th century, Christians would again join German’s Adolph Hitler in his quest to exterminate the Jews. One wonders why the Church during Hitler’s reign did not speak out against the oppression of the weak, poor, and the Jews. What happened was that the Church aligned itself with the politicians and the result was fascism that the world had never seen before.

Fast forward to the latest example in 1994 when one million Tutsis and moderate Hutus were slaughtered and killed by their fellow citizens in Rwanda. I happened to travel to Rwanda weeks that followed after the genocide ended. We went with a church team to help minister to the Christians that had survived the genocide.  It was shocking to find many Rwandese Evangelical Pastors were involved in the genocide.

What happened was that Tutsi and Hutu moderates would run for refuge in a Christian Church only for the Pastor to call upon a group of young men with machetes who then slaughtered the refugees right inside the Church. It happened across from the Catholic Church, Protestant Church to the Evangelical Church, Preachers, Pastors, Priests and lay Christians participating in hate and then murder. What would cause a Christian to act in such a way? Could it ever happen in America? My prayer is that it will not, perhaps Christians would learn from mistakes of the past and not repeat them.

It is important to keep in mind that there are many Evangelical Christians in the USA who are denouncing Political Christianity and all the bigotry and hate being spewed out of American Evangelical pulpits. Evangelical Christianity has been ‘hijacked’ by some groups that are bent on turning it into a Political and even militant group; and these individuals have found their way on pulpits and bible seminaries and it is to such groups and political activists that the American Christian must discern and keep away from.

‘Fascist Christianity’…I thought Christianity was about the Gospel of Jesus Christ…? It sounds like an oxymoron to say ‘Fascist Christianity’ and it is in sure one, but that is the direction in which Political Evangelical Christianity is headed.

They say tough times reveal character and this election season in America has revealed the heart of Political Evangelical Christianity as being vile, intolerant, hateful, and murderous at heart and void of the True Biblical Love and Truth of Jesus Christ.

Political Evangelical Christians consider themselves to be “Pro America” and “Real American”, while all the ‘Liberals’ are considered “None Americans”, “None Patriotic” and enemies of the “God founded USA”…

There is fear in ‘Political Evangelical Christianity’ that Homosexuals will take over the USA. There is real fear that Abortionists will take over the White House. There is fear that Liberals will take over the USA and stamp out Christianity in the “God Founded USA”.

The latest of these phobias has been the irrational fear of Moslems and Arab peoples. ‘Islamophobia’ reigns very high among ‘Political Evangelical Christianity’. The fear is centered around the fact that the current six million Moslems in the USA who are American Citizens plan on overthrowing the USA Government and install Sharia Law in America, thus ending Christianity. [1]

The fear of Moslem and Arab peoples by Political Evangelical Christians was amplified after 9-11 and thus Political Evangelical Christians saw this as an opportunity to cling behind US military invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq in order to ‘evangelize’ the Moslem peoples and thus reduce this trepidation.

I remember, the week that the US invaded Iraq, I attended a Sunday service in a large Kansas City Church and the Pastor talked about how they had sent missionaries to go behind the US troops and “Evangelize” the communities there… Unfortunately, thousands of Iraqi Christians have fled and been killed as a result of that war…

Political Evangelical Christianity saw President GW Bush as a champion of their rights and nevertheless, feel betrayed that he did not implement laws to stamp out Homosexuality, to outlaw Abortion and or even stop Gay Marriages. President Bush did not even outlaw Moslems and Arabs in America.  Evangelicals were angry at President GW Bush when he talked about Islam being a “Peaceful Religion”… This was seen as a betrayal to the “God who founded the USA”…

Now that it is election time, evangelicals have no choice but turn hopes to Senator John McCain though he is loathed and hated by some radical evangelicals but seen as a necessary evil. McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate, another radical Political Evangelical Christian to calm the qualms of US Evangelicals and also gain their votes to the White House.

However, the hopes of Political Evangelical Christianity have faced a serious roadblock and that is none other than Barrack Obama. The fears, phobias, and paranoia about Moslems and Arabs are made extreme by Barrack Obama running for President of the “God Founded USA”.

Barrack Obama whose middle name is ‘Hussein’ is seen in the eyes of evangelical Christians in America as a Moslem and some even go to the extreme of calling him an Arab. Barrack Obama is feared to be a “Terrorist” with plans to “take over” the “Christian White House” and will install Sharia Law in the USA come January 29, 2009.

These sound like far fetched ideas that some nutcases must be thinking. The truth is that this is at the core of Political Evangelical Christianity and their belief system about Barrack Obama as a symbol of Islamic Invasion of the USA.

I receive lots of email daily from many Evangelicals in the USA about how Barrack Obama is a Moslem and will install Sharia Law in the USA. Many notable mainstream Evangelical websites carry these materials and indulge on such imprudence. Just do a simple Google search on any top Christian Evangelical, End Time Bible Prophecy websites, and you will find all this material and propaganda about how Obama is a Moslem, Terrorist, and will install Sharia Law in the USA. The emails, websites, and Christian web portals are busy acting as Hate Mills against Moslems, Arabs, and Liberals

The world was shocked when some individuals in McCain’s rally called for the Murder, and beheading of Barrack Obama, and named him as a terrorist, now some official called him a Moslem socialist…to his credit McCain rebuked his supporters who aired out such views. Evangelical Christian Leaders did not stand up to rebuke such hate and bigotry. Yet interestingly Evangelical Christians make up a huge percentage of McCain’s rallies, since the Republican Party is considered the “Party of God”…

However, such sentiments fed into the Political Evangelical America’s fear of a Moslem Leader and thus the hate emails and websites against Moslem Americans which can be traced back to Political Evangelicals. McCain himself was a recipient of the Political Evangelical Hate Speech in 2000 when he ran for President. Many Evangelicals ignorantly engage in such hate milling against their fellow American Moslems and “Liberals” thinking that they are doing God service. They claim they have to revenge against the Terrorist Moslems and keep America safe…they forget that Christians are not to revenge and worse revenge on the wrong people who did no harm…

The nuance is that this HATE is not just against “Moslem” Barrack Obama but Political Evangelical America is finally finding a scapegoat to lash out against Moslems whom they see as supporting and using Barrack Obama to capture the White House and install Sharia Law. What Evangelical Christians in America forget is that they are repeating the same mistakes of the Crusaders and thus promoting ‘Neo-Crusaderism’…to push back the Moslems and Arabs and “Take America Back”…

On a much more somber and frightening note, these rumors among evangelicals are not just unfounded. Evangelicals view Liberals in the USA as a threat to their existence and religion and thus take things seriously when they see a “Moslem” Obama running for President of the USA.

It is very true that “Liberals” in the USA have fought against Christianity in the public sphere and advanced to a very great extend issues like Gay Marriage, Abortion, etc legislatively. Thus it is from such background that Christians find it OK to revenge… However, the otherside of the coin in trying to legitimize their ‘erratic’ reaction, Political Evangelical Christians have sought to legislate Christianity and morality; such is often a substratum of conflict, feeding into sentiments and phobias that Moslems and liberals are in the USA to overthrow “Christianity” and take over the White House.

Elections in the USA are seen in such context by Evangelical Christians…McCain would represent God and Obama would represent Satan…Evangelicals are told that if they don’t vote for Republicans then they sin against God… If they support Obama or any Liberal”, then they are infidels and traitors and committing the “great abomination”…and will receive damnation to hell as their reward.

The terrifying and cold undercurrent of all this Political Evangelical Madness is HATE and that is what I am warning every Evangelical Christian about. It is HATE grounded in fear that Moslems, Liberals and Arabs will overrun the USA. It is this HATE that will fuel ‘Fascist Christianity’ resulting in what exterminating those who are of different opinions.

Some may say this is impossible but how did a well developed and civilized society like Germany end up with Hitler and Christians backing him in his genocide plans? Just like Islam was seen as a threat to Christians in Europe so is Islam seen as a threat to Political Evangelical Christians in America. The result was hate, fascism, and finally murder. The end of the road of fascism is always genocide…

My prayer is that US Evangelicals will not get to such levels…that they will know that their enemy is not the Moslem or Arab and or Liberal but Satan and that they should wage a war of good acts of kindness, love and truth of Jesus Christ and do what Jesus Christ would do…that they will hold on to Justice and fight for the weak, poor, orphans, and the neglect of this world…that they will not revenge but remember that vengeance belongs only to God.

It is interesting that American Evangelicals always talk about reaching out to the so-called 10-40 window to Evangelize Moslem peoples and they spend quite a considerable amount of money in that endeavor yet they fail to reach out to the six million Moslems in America. How will you be successful in reaching out to Moslems in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Arabia if you cannot reach out to Moslems in a Minneapolis/St. Paul neighborhood in Minnesota right in the USA?  If that is not hypocrisy and fishy, I wonder what is!

Unless Evangelical Christians in America awake and reject Political Christianity and is Doctrine of Hate, American Christians are creating an environment in which they will use as scapegoats fellow American Moslems, Arabs, and “Liberals” in blaming and condemning them to death for the catastrophes that will befall America.

American Evangelicals are being slowly but surely being conditioned with hate and prepared for fascism as they are told that their predicament is none other than the Moslems, Arabs, and Liberals; and like the Crusaders, they will seek to “take them out”… there will be no turning the back… For the fruit of ‘Neo Crusaders’  will not be any different from what Christian Crusaders did hundreds of years ago – they left a trail of violence, rape, murder, genocide, and bloodshed as they pushed Islam from Europe and “Took Back Jerusalem”, all in the Name of Jesus Christ! I pray this will only stay as a mere premonition and no room for déjà vu.

Things to do…
  • Reach out to your Moslem Neighbors…
  • Get to know them, greet them by their first names…
  • Get to know your Moslem co-workers at work and talk to them…
  • Learn about their culture…
  • Get to know their nations of origin…
  • Tell them you are not the ‘Religious Right’ or ‘Political Evangelical’ and you disagree with the Religious Right and ‘Political Evangelical’ views of fear and paranoia about them…
  • Help out the Needy Moslems…especially in these tough economic times…
  • Don’t be condescending and patronizing to them…
  • Finally pray and be sure that your actions reflect those of Jesus Christ because they are watching… Let not the Gospel that you share be of Words only but of deeds also...

Scriptures to think about – Secular Leadership…Kato Mivule...October 22, 2008

King of Babylon counseled to care for the ‘Poor’ perhaps it could save him and his nation… Why is it that the “Christian Party – Republicans in the US tends to hate  and dislike the poor?

Daniel 4:27-28
(27)  Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by showing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.
(28)  All this came upon the king Nebuchadnezzar.

Cyrus, a secular emperor used by The Lord to set His people free… Interestingly Cyrus was a Mede/ Persian from modern day Iran. Imagine a ‘Muslim’ leader being friendly and warm to the people of God! That is how it was then when Israel was in captivity in Babylon….

Isaiah 45:1-4
(1)  Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
(2)  I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
(3)  And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.
(4)  For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

The Lord uses Babylon to judge other nations then He judges Babylon at the end…

Jeremiah 25:8-12
(8)  Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Because ye have not heard my words,
(9)  Behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, saith the LORD, and Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and a hissing, and perpetual desolations.
(10)  Moreover I will take from them the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the light of the candle.
(11)  And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.
(12)  And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.

Christians, Elections, Taxes, Government, and the Bible...Kato Mivule...Oct 21, 2008

Is it biblical to vote? Is Government Legitimate? Should we pay taxes? I have been receiving some email communications pointing out that I am ‘telling’ or implying in some way for Christians to vote for Obama. I have never endorsed Obama or McCain. I have never encouraged Christians to support either candidate.

I have only told Christians what the Bible tells us to do as Christians governed by secular governments. Regardless of if the Governor or King is Christian or not, we are to be lawful, pay our taxes and honor the king…that is Bible Doctrine…

Now, many Christians get angry in the US at the prospect that they could very well be governed by some leader who is none Christian and therefore get in to what is nothing other than a rebellious spirit against civic authorities thus contradicting scripture.  My interest is not if Obama or McCain wins but what our response should be as Christians to any type of government according to scripture…

Romans 13:1-8
(1)  Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
(2)  Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
(3)  For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
(4)  For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
(5)  Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.
(6)  For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
(7)  Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.
(8)  Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

1 Peter 2:13-18
(13)  Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;
(14)  Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.
(15)  For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
(16)  As free, and not using your liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
(17)  Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.
(18)  Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.

Titus 3:1-2
(1)  Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,
(2)  To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, showing all meekness unto all men.

Paul and Peter at the time of their writing these scriptures in their epistles were governed by the Roman Empire with all brutality and suffered great persecution under such Roman leaders as Nero. Despite the negativity of those who reigned in power, the early church was taught to not be rebellious in opposing the established government in order to bring about another “Christian” government.

This is were the US Evangelical Political Movement is going wrong in thinking that they can some how “influence” the world to become Christians by electing “Christian” officials into power. So, regardless of who wins in November, Christians must be willing to OBEY SCRIPTURES in regards to governments. Paul and Peter essentially tell us to…

Be Lawful – Law Abiding…
Pay our Taxes…Yes, we MUST pay our Taxes…it is Biblical!
Honor the King…

Is it not ironic that the Republican Party - the Christian party which most US Christians support opposes the idea of ‘government’ and ‘taxes’? They always speak of less and less government and taxes…

However, when it comes to obey in order to deny our FAITH, then we obey God rather than Man… Many Christians in the early church were killed not because they were rebels and militias fighting against government but because of their faith in Christ Jesus.

Now, when it comes to voting, the Bible DOES NOT tell us if Christians are to vote or not to vote.  We must remember that the idea of voting is not new. The Roman Soldiers cast votes on who should take the garment of Jesus Christ at His crucifixion while the apostles cast vote on who should take the place of Judas….

Mark 15:24
(24)  And when they had crucified him, they parted his garments, casting lots upon them, what every man should take.

Matthew 27:35
(35)  And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

Acts 1:23-26
(23)  And they appointed two, Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias.
(24)  And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, show whether of these two thou hast chosen,
(25)  That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.
(26)  And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.

We do not find any scripture in The New Testament or the entire Bible telling us to vote or not to vote. So, that is why I say that it is up to the judgment and conscience of a believer concerning these matters. However, if you can do without voting, then very well for you but if you vote, there is no scripture stating that you must or must not.

However, judging Christians and condemning them to Hell because they voted is ludicrous and legalistic at best. The Bible says those who are led by The Holy Spirit are the Children of God.

It is also imperative to note that God is Sovereign and rules over the Kings of the earth and sets up secular leaders in authority for His own purposes. God will use both evil and just leaders in fulfilling His own agendas.

So, make sure you are not fighting against the arm of God. Secondly, the whole world is under the sway of the wicked one and political Christianity will do nothing to change that.

More 2’morrow…
