This is a warning to Christians not to be provoked to sin in anyway by the events happening and soon coming in these days of crisis.
This provocation is out to create serious conflict between groups, nations and peoples that will culminate into chaos to justify a new order. What happens is that man spends money to create war to make more money. This behavior is like a whisperer who spreads falsehood to A about what B said about A to cause A and B to conflict. The whisperer funds and fuels both sides for his gain.
In fact one analyst said that due to the damaging effect of past 'natural' revolutions to the rich, they (the rich) preempt them from happening by creating their own. Thus the crises of today are ingredients for a revolution for the rich, falsely seen as revolution for the poor. The revolution of the rich is to bring their own dictatorship which the prophetic scriptures have well explained.
AFRICA, AMERICA AND THE CLASH OF CULTURES
Since last year election the deadly fissures in American society have been exposed. It is interesting that at a time of economic crisis the enmity between the so called right and left is being fuelled ferociously.
A clash of cultures is on and it is not abetting until one side wins. Homosexuals are openly demanding official recognition, Minorities are crying for equal rights. On the other side of the spectrum the Conservatives detest the President and so called communist tendencies .Hate is spewing like a volcano ready to erupt.
With all this furor one can see a man made mixture of chaos to bring in order ( as mentioned in the scriptures therefore in God's will ).The rulers of the earth through the corporate media are creating enmity to sanctify chaos and justify a new order afterward. The rich men of the earth believe War is 'good' for business and government. A look at every war shows formation of a peace league. It is still part of the script in these last days.
As believers were are not to be fearful but watchful. Jesus already foretold about these things therefore there is no room for panic for Christians who are awake and are buying oil for their lamps, abiding in the word. Only do not get involved in any carnal wars or dissent as Christians.
Some think that this only means holding guns or street marching. Involvement is also in enticing words and association. When Kenya went into chaos some Christians thought that those who needed to repent were those who caused actual violence. What they did not know is that sermons, discussions, votes, words, perceptions people had about one another, fuelled and were used to justify chaos. Hatred does not come from the gun but from the heart.
Christians in Africa also should watch out for political tensions in their countries due to the global crisis. Do not get involved in arguing political points or tribal interests. The disputes are an excuse for creation of a one world government with regional blocs. Preach and seek righteousness, any provocation being vented out is a trap for you to fight in the flesh.
So we should watch that we do not fall into temptation of trying to offend because we have been offended. When homosexuals threw condoms at some churches in California what do you think the Christians were supposed to do? Shoot, throw abuses, revenge or stand firm without offence and preach truth? God will avenge only patiently endure.
Jesus warned that in the last days the spirit of offence would increase. Let the woes rest on the offender but do not offend back. Pray for and forgive your enemies but also boldly speak truth about the righteousness and wrath of God.
Below are some of the objects of provocations that will snare people to sin and chaos, but Christians should avoid completely in employing carnal weapons. It is right to know about the sinister plans of the great men of the earth but not edgy or fearful. These seeds of destruction were planted long time ago only to be reaped in these days.
Objects of Provocation to Sin
1. Government failures and blatant illegalities-- excuse for chaos and new order
2. Islamic expansion and growth
3. Liberalism v. Conservatives-homosexuals, abortionists v pro life and marriage
4. Class struggles through thefts, murders bailouts
5. Race/tribe struggles
6. Religious divisions
7. Oppressive policies against working class
8. Breakdown of social amenities and family
9. Immorality v. Morality - porn industry, drugs industry
10. Creation of blanket blame games on tribes, races e.g blame Jews for immorality, Blacks for crime, Whites for inequality
11. Scientific inventions v. Nature
As Christians avoid clinging on propaganda for what you should do. Stand on the word of God alone. Even as iniquity abounds in our patience we shall preserve our souls. Yes, Christianity will not enjoy the special status or majority position it has enjoyed. Those Christians who insist on ruling will not be deemed Christians but antichrist lovers.
Whereas many of these things are based on the economic crisis and some of them are also connected to poor government leadership .The Lord said that in the last days there will be great affliction so it is useless to try and fight to fix this wicked world. Do not see things in the eyes of man and shallow lenses such as Democrat v. Republican. The whole world lies in the wicked one.
Ours is to watch and pray and look up to the Lord whose kingdom is full of righteousness and equity. Amen.
